I think its concrete containing something, I just didn't remember it
I tried it (not sure where it is in the menu, I used Find It). You can draw it like a road, and you need to draw on a slope for it to be of any significant size. It will terraform a top that you can put a road on, but you'll probably have to use Move It and/or surface painter to make it look best. It's at least sometimes possible to to draw it after the road is already there, but it has to be on terrain, of course, not roads on pillars.
I like it; I'l staying subscribed, and a nice alternative to always using quays.
It looks amazing, but I have no idea what this is for, nor what it really looks like ingame.
