Midsized Elementary School

A hardy consolidation-era elementary school.

Props: Just the lights you see in the screenshot, an entry point at both front doors and gather points nearby.

I didn't actually paint the terrain at all. I figure most of you are using Surface Painter and like to do decal work yourself.

No DLC or additional asset downloads required.

About
Not much to say. This is a pretty common style of elementary school in my region. Many were built in the early 70s and were built sturdy, all brick on the outside all cinder block on the inside. I'm quite happy with how the textures turned out on this one, I gotta say. It's loosely based on Prince Street School[www.google.ca], which is in Charlottetown, P.E.I., Canada.

The screenshots were taken using Daylight Classic, Satellite LUT and the theme is Owl's Albedo.
