RAM: 24GB
GPU: GTX 1080 AMP! Extreme Overclocked

All right, let me give a counterexample.

Factorio.

NOT 1.0 yet, but it's FANTASTICALLY well optimised.
If the game didn't have a frame cap, I have no doubt it would run at some pretty absurd framerates.

That cab is unused. It used to be in the game but was replaced.

Well 1.0 is most likely going to include Multiplayer. But no not yet
