Sorry for writing this guide under RtCW. i cant find Wolfenstein 2009 on steam, so im writing this guide here, hoping someone in need to find this.

Wolfenstein 2009 locks FPS at 60. it was ok back then, but 60 fps looks horrible on modern pc with high refresh rate monitor.

here is how to unlock frame cap.

1. go to

%personal file folder \ AppData \ Local \ id Software \ WolfSP \ base \

2. open wolf.cfg file with text editor

3. add the line

seta com_userCommandHz "144"

4. save and play the game.

easy and simple, yet 144 FPS makes the game looking fantastic.

PS. i tested this on my retail package version of Wolfenstein. i dont own steam version wolfenstein, so i dont know whether there is any difference.
