MODULAR RUNWAY

Welcome to the epitome of usful things in harsh situations. As many of you know, landing planes in forests or mountains doesn't always work so well; they often crash into walls or trees. Sometimes it's even worse with taking off.

I've found a way to get around that.

Meet the Modular Runway: a long elevated landing strip used to make runways in any biome. These runways are decently cheap- made almost entirely out of five-long GSO blocks and a couple of anchors and lights. Buying multiples of these mid/late game will be absolutely no problem.

After you buy one, you can buy more and interlock them using the built-in hooks. Once you have two locked in place, anchor them and fill in the gap using whichever block you choose.

The modular runway is well-lit, carrying venture light panels along the sides of the runway and GSO storm lights down the center. It makes quite the spectacular scene, and also makes it possible to land your planes at night! (if you have issues with the center lights hitting your wheels or stopping your planes, just remove them :D)
