Watermill Lodge Player Home

Hey guys, welcome to the Watermill Lodge! This is designed to be a small step up from a simple player home. It features a living room, a workshop/garage, hot tub, and a master bedroom. The exterior features three custom trees, a pond, and a patio with a grill. While it is not a large home, it should definitely meet the basic housing needs of the player. Hope you guys enjoy!
