set IN your launch options for DoW3 to include -dev .

Player_SetPopCapOverride(Game_GetLocalPlayer(),4096) = Limit 4096
cheat_buildtime - instant build time/ keine Bauzeit
cheat_ignorecosts - ignore cost of units and elite points , keine Kosten für Einheiten/Elite-Einheiten.
cheat_resources(xxx)
cheat_resources(1000) = give 1000 from all
cheat_revealall fog off / Alles Aufdecken
restart
quit

maybe they have fix it , i will look. but , you need open your icon from game and set in your launch options The -dev behind your path.
