Increases ship acceleration by increasing engine power by x10. Speeds up turnaround time at docks.

@Zapy97: this should work anywhere. If you enable the mod you ships will be more powerful, if you disable it they'll be regular-power.

I wish I had this on freight engines because I use the adjustable cargo mod and the engines cannot pull higher cargos.
