Open FM18, and load up a game so you can view the UI that you dislike so much.

Click the "FM" drop down menu in the top right, select "Quit Game and Exit"

Uninstall this clearly vile game...

Stop being a whiny little b*tch. If you don't like the new ui, then just wait a few weeks for FM18 to be fully released by which time several skins are most likely to have been released. Even then, you can just play an older version of the games if you really hate it so much. SI, I applaud you, you've done a magnificent job with FM18. Keep it up.
