In my case to let me play it on a 4k monitor without using binoculars :D

1. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Zero Falls
2. Right click "WTF.exe" and click "properties":

3. Click "compability":

4. Click "Override high DPIscaling..." and select *system enhanced:

How to scale:

1. Right click your desktop
2. Click "display settings":

3, Change the % value under "Scale and layout"

Well, it works*

*except with the caveat of your entire desktop also scaling by 300%..... but it works :D
