Lord Slug from Dragon Ball Z Movie 4: Super Saiya People Son Goku.

Two appearances are with and without helmet, I'll consider working on a third for old man Slug.

He's very fast moving and brutal, but not very versatile. His AI is also built for longer matches, because he doesn't go for a pin very often. Slug has a few submissions here and there, but they're all heel/brutal/rough moves instead of proper holds. The only ground submission he has is actually a giant swing.
