2K TEXTURE VERSION
This is a low residential UK detached house pack based on a commonly seen UK detached house style found in many suburban, middle class estates.

The model is based on my previously realised detached house and has been reworked with new higher detail textures and gardens which require no additional prop assets.

This pack contains the 2K texture version of each asset. A 1K pack is also available.

The plot depth is 2x4 (including garden) so the suggested distance between roads is 10 units leaving 8 units for back-to-back spawning which looks more realistic.

2. UK Detached #1 ('17 H L2 2K)
3. UK Detached #1 ('17 W1 L3 2K)
4. UK Detached #1 ('17 W2 L4 2K)
5. UK Detached #1 ('17 W3 L5 2K)

Geometry
Model: 1385, 1380 and 1324 tris
LOD: 115, 185, 151 tris
Model texture: 2048 x 2048
LOD texture: 256 x 256

Each asset has textures and LODs with normals, specular and illumination maps.

UK Detached #1 ('17 F L1 2K) is bugged and throws up an error when trying to place it. I looks like it's incorrectly classed as a park.

I keep getting this message when I try to use an asset from this pack or try set an area with this theme.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object [System.NullReferenceException]

There seems to be a problem with UK Detached #1 ('17 F L1 2K) house. Places like a park and often throws up [System.NullReferenceException] error. (Loading screen mod indicated all assets etc loaded correctly).

yeah... that lovely "Object reference not set to an instance of an object [System.NullReferenceException]" message... I wonder why just this asset... I just been trying to plop it manually but each time i choose it i get that error. I'll try to find out if there are more assets with this problem.

I seem to be having trouble with these houses upgrading, they stay at lvl 1, also the green residential area disappears when house spawns

The 'UK rotary washing line' is included in this pack. However, model 'UK detached #1 17 W2 L4 2K' and 'UK Detached #1 17 H L2 2K' are referencing the standalone 'UK rotary washing line' from the 'UK Housing Props: Rotary Washing Line'.

These houses look great but I am also getting the object reference error.
