This is a low residential UK detached house pack based on a commonly seen UK detached house style found in many suburban, middle class estates.

The model is based on my previously realised detached house and has been reworked with new higher detail textures and gardens which require no additional prop assets.

This pack contains the 1K texture version of each asset. A 2K pack is also available.

The plot depth is 2x4 (including garden) so the suggested distance between roads is 10 units leaving 8 units for back-to-back spawning which looks more realistic.

1. UK Detached #1 ('17 F L1 1K)
2. UK Detached #1 ('17 H L2 1K)
3. UK Detached #1 ('17 W1 L3 1K)
4. UK Detached #1 ('17 W2 L4 1K)
5. UK Detached #1 ('17 W3 L5 1K)

Geometry
Model: 1385, 1380 and 1324 tris
LOD: 115, 185, 151 tris
Model texture: 1024 x 1024
LOD texture: 128 x 128

Each asset has textures and LODs with normals, specular and illumination maps.

Noob question are the 1k and 2k assets the same baring quality

I don't know what's the root cause yet but I can't play my save without your buildings so I am commited lol. I think my game is trying to look for them but since they "unsubed" it gives out null refrence error for every bulidng that was spwan and was registered in the saved game. Might be the mod I am using that prevents buildings from despawning. I am bascilly full controlled sandbox at this point. My city is about 1200h in. It survived all sort of ♥♥♥♥ :)

@dim4 Your savegames will not be broken as these are just assets. If you don't have them subscribed then they will not appear in the game and, of course will show up as missing in the Loading mod. Just sub them again and they will appear.

Note: the following assets are used in your city but could not be found. You should get the assets if possible. These cases can break savegames.

Hi Macwelshman, I have a request if it's not too much to ask,
Are you able to create versions of your houses without the back gardens? I would like to use them in areas without grid roads, or with different block sizes and manually create the fences and garden details. It would be great for added flexibility.

Thank you so much for creating these houses, they're really nicely made and very realistic.

I just did a small test, not yet started another city. From what I have seen these look to be very nice indeed, amazing work and I'll look forward to trying them on a new map.

In the past I have installed some of these before but I got way too enthused about downloading assets etc from the Workshop. It didn't take me too long before I had around 2000 plus, then I wondered where the memory had gone, as well as coping with those assets which went missing...!

After going vanilla for a little while, apart from some mods, I am trying to show some restaint and concentrate on quality, and not just numbers.

You certainly manage to tick the quality box for sure.

I have yet to use these wonderful houses in my game. Hence probably why I noticed that concern, if I had any of your other work or props then chances are I would have already had the original prop and not noticed the need for the duplication.

It is good that you have tried to make them self contained, too often props go awol or get renamed.

I have just noticed how many hours you have had in this game, I do hope that some of that is down to playing and not only creating your mods....!
