Car info and settings
5 MB is because it contains 2 color sets in one (two .crp files of the car). One color set is 2.5 MB in size.
It is possible to disable/enable individual color sets (out of two) in Content Manager.

Please, dont make a Finnish police Lada :P Finnish police have never used this Lada.

Possible, but I don't think of making it. I believe many Finns would really dislike this idea having Lada police cars. Furthermore, I will only make police cars only from 2010s and the ones that are used in real life by European country.
This is why I regret making my Volvo S60 II as police for all Scandinavian countries, because that car is not used as police there in real life. So I am not repeating same mistake of fictional police cars.
