This mod repurposes the policy Levee en Masse as The Draft: unit maintenance cost reduced by 6 gold per turn, per unit. However all cities suffer -1 amenity.

your mod has been translated into German and the translation is now part of the Civilization VI Mods - German translations mod pack.

Drafted soldiers are not as reliable as volunteers, so they recieve less training and up to date equipment.
