Preface
I do not guarantee nor claim that all of the information here is absolute irrefutable truth. Some of it was filled with basic math due to some of the enemy types not spawning on all difficulties. Enemy subtype names were mostly taken from in-game's Control table, but not all of the soldiers had them described. Corrections are welcome.

Health will be written down in the following format: [# / # / # / #] each field corresponding to a difficulty from left to right: Easy, Normal, Hard, Very Hard.

Soldier pictures are ordered from weakest to toughest: Recruit, Regular, Veteran.

Health multipliers appear to be [0.75 / 1 / 1 / 1.2].

Base headshot multipliers without the Marksman proficiency seem to be 3 for all difficulties. But it also seems every weapon usable by players has their own additional headshot damage multiplier. Not sure if it's an override, additive or multiplicative.

Officers do not seem to directly influence enemy health. It is unknown to me if Officers distribute any kind of damage resistance aura, as testing did not change any shots-to-kill numbers with them around. I theorise they provide a morale boost that causes AI to be extremely aggressive instead, alongside enabling Waffen-SS spawns. Active Officers on the map increase a stat called "intensity" by some number which I can't quite comprehend but maybe it's supposed to be 20%, which I assume is related to spawn rates. Other than that, they enable brown-coated Waffen-SS spawns.

Extra useless information:

does the player deal that much damage that they have tanky health? in PD2, 1200 would be very tanky lol, especially for someone who doesn't even have any armor, or none of the enemies i think do since i don't think they had that but i suppose the player/weapons deal more damage = requiring enemies to have more health to be not weak.

With an officer present the enemy seems to get some sort of damage boost.

I cannot thank you enough for this information, man, its definitely helped make some very interesting calculations into the fine details of weapon balancing and skills each class can get for their respective "main" weapon class.
