Step One:
Find a cup

Step Two:
Place cup on head

Step Three
Draw a triangle with a cup in the middle

Step Four:
Lay down

Step Five:
Close your eyes

Step Six:
Repeat this eight times: "I am meant to be a cup. I am a cup"

Step Seven:
Open your eyes

Step eight:
Go live your life as a cup.


Works as well with Mug instead of Cup. Just replace "cup" with "mug"
