Achievement 1 to 19 are not missable and are earned going through the chapters of the game.

In the game you will have to heal Abbas and Ali in chapters 6 and 16 You get the achievement for taking care of both of them successfully.

Don't throw stones during the riot in chapter 5 and don't punch the guy who attack you when you enter the cinema in chapter 8. During the riot in Chapter 16 you have to choose to "Take a picture as proof" instead of fighting.

Save Ali in chapter 17 and betray him then finish the game.

Save your brother in chapter 17 and then finish the game.

In chapter 14 when you are in your father's office to get the camera, search every location. Don't forget to investigate some objects. Don't leave the room before the achievement pops out.

In chapters 5 and 11 talk and interact with everyone. You will have to pray when you are proposed to do it to unlock the achievement.
