Cleaning up my moddingfolder and releasing old stuff

My stairs are added to this asset, even though they are not appearing (too far from the rotatable 1x1 tile). I noticed that a little bit too late and im too lazy to delete the prop,.. it doesnt really matter anyway, but just that you know why the stairs are added to this asset on the workshop, even though they are not in the screenshots(or in game)...

Placement
Even though this asset works fine without it, I highly advice you to use the following mods, to get the building properly placed:

-1174 triangles (diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap, illuminationmap 1024² each)
-22 triangles LOD (diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap, illuminationmap 256² each)
-Original building is located somewhere in brooklyn, I dont remember where exactly. PS: Judging by the screenshots a wild guess: Williamsburg :D
