The thing is though, I know for sure that I never deleted it, same with a few other cosmetics, they just weren't in my inventory when I looked.

TomYoki, thankyou soo freakin much! As soon as I saw this post I straight away went and found out how to contact steam support, I told them about 2 hats I lost, the ghastly gibus and the mildy disturbing halloween mask.
