Addon is taken from the site Gamebanana; This version is old and buggy, download updated and fixed version here: https://gamebanana.com/skins/156535

8 different H.E.C.U. soldiers on your side against Combine soldiers, Metrocops, zombies and antillions.
NPCs have their own faction, they will fight with other soldiers H.E.C.U. of [VJ] Black Mesa SNPC.
