I made random building from Monaco. Please use it with RICO mod. Without RICO it's unique building with default parameters without workplaces and homes.

Causes Object reference not set to an instance of an object [System.NullReferenceException]
If I understand correctly, it is because it requires After Dark dlc. You should definitely add this to the requirements. I just wasted 10 minutes trying to find source of this.
