In the environment I tried, it is as follows.
・GTX1060 : Can play eclipse singleplay and 4 players multiplay without lag by ultra.
・GTX650 : Can play eclipse singleplay and 4 players multiplay with lag by normal.
・GT730 : Can't play eclipse singleplay and 4 players multiplay. That's many lag.
If other people are multiplay hosts, lag may occur regardless of their environment.

So really anyone can run the game on the highest quality?
