This was requested sometime ago by Foof. This one is long overdue. This here is Glitch, from Metal Arms. I have no idea who this character is. (From a certain point of view, it seems I've gone full circle.)
He comes with everything he needs, except a small bird to power him (he does have a bird in him, doesn't he?)
