WotC: "Increase Combat Intelligence" for everyone

Beskrivelse
There are covert actions that allow you to improve combat intelligence for soldiers... except for hero classes, who ironically need them the most.

This mod allows resistance heroes on these, so you don't have to burn your Skirmisher when he doesn't have good combat intelligence.

got it working.

As an FYI, it does increase CI, but it does not give ability points retroactively, like gaining CI for normal soldiers.

So do I need to edit a line of code to enable this mod? Where is the line to edit? Do I just subscribe to the mod and it turns on?

This doesn't change the effect of the Covert Action, only which classes can go on it.

Is the CI increased for your entire roster or just the soldiers on the covert action?

Just finished a campaign with about 685 mods, this one included, and had no major issues! Thanks for putting this up.

The "Increase Combat Intelligence" covert op has been removed in the latest version of LWOTC. Can this mod bring it back?

uhh i cant find any configs to edit with my word text editor and I did start the game to the main menu and 3 that seems to go in there apone install dont seem to do any special x.x
do i need to creat the config myself or am i doing something wrong?
