Overview
The Gmod Sound Overhaul Project aims to improve your experience while playing Gmod by giving it a much needed audio facelift.

Since the beginning of the project, there has only been one goal, which is to give you the experience you deserve.
We humans, always want more. Garry's mod is a perfect example of a place where, its never enough. We want more experiences, we want fresh stuff to enjoy, and GSOP will give you just that. Maybe this doesn't contain hundreds of new scripted weapons, nor a gigantic prop-made skyscraper, but it surely holds a whole new world for your auditory sense to explore.

This version includes only player related sound assets

They sound really good but imo they're a bit quiet, if you could somehow turn up the volume this would be my #1 footstep sound mod

Well, turns out the item pickup and health/armor station sounds work fine too, but the footsteps haven't been replaced with the GSOP ones yet.

It's likely that an update changed the file location of some sounds, huh
