So if anyone is looking for an actual answer. Playing North Korea can be kind of hit or miss. If you want a hardcore victory. My personal recommendation is to just lay low. Expand into South Korea and Japan as quickly as possible. And keep one or two states researching at all times. And just kind of pray someone doesn't look at you funny. Wait until China gets bombed, and then expand northward, and then just keep on the defensive until you have a decent territorial expansion laid down. Hope that helps.

the best way to win is actually to reduce your armory, theres like a 50/50 chance of world peace and or a standstill. if its a standstill it gives to time to research all techs and be ahead of your enemies.
