Skipping the days by doing something else while that quest is active and then failing the quest that way will trigger that achievement.

The downside is the average chance (60%) of a successful outcome in random events and the inability to use top special moves, which, although useful, are not necessary. The inability to create top consumables and equipment is offset by the small amount of necessary materials, such as gold or canisters. And when creating, the bonuses are random, not always what the player wants. In fact, green things are inferior to blue ones only by one additional characteristic, large first aid kits are partly a waste of materials, and syringes are not much better than their small counterparts.
For example, by the end of the game, my protagonist reached level 23 and level 5 in all disciplines, knew how to cut down opponents in hand-to-hand combat, stun with a pistol, knock over crowds with a shotgun, cause bleeding with a rifle, set fire with a smoke bomb and heal allies, get an average amount of rations, create steel ammunition, armor and weapon upgrade kits, leather clothing, rare weapons, medium first aid kits and small syringes, without additional equipment had +5 damage in melee, +60 damage in ranged combat, +75 health, +10 critical hit chance, +10 defense, +15 stability, +10 block chance.
Other characters, on average, reached level 15 and had slightly less characteristics, did not have all the special moves of level 5.
Like Drakezer0 posted earlier (Sep 17, 2017) I also achieved Successful Ending 1 + Successful Ending 2 at the end of a single playthrough.
I think the achievements could be clarified:
Successful Ending 1 Bare Minimum - make it to desert bunker (desert night 15) by day 42, but DON'T reach secret bioweapon (desert night 20) with Terrance
The "bare minimum" required for the group's survival is to reach the bunker by day 42.
The achievement description makes no mention of Dexter being alive or dead - so I don't think he's relevant to this achievement.
Successful ending 2 - defeat Dexter PLUS make it to desert bunker (desert night 15) by day 42, but DON'T continue to desert night 20 for the bioweapon
Successful ending 3 - reach the desert bunker (desert night 15) by day 42 PLUS reach secret bioweapon (desert night 20) with Terrance
