I wasn't speaking specifically of this SWEP, but I know the White Streak pistol and other Payday 2 weapons have issues.

Do you have blender and the source tools? Open blender, important the file, and then check to see if there is a square in the file. If it's just a blank grid, then you are using an empty file.

I've checked to see if the physics file is there and it sure is there. It's most likely just broken af.

A lot of these SWEPs, especially the Payday 2 ones don't seem to have physics. If you drop them, they just float in front of you. compiles don't automatically have physics. If you compile it without a physics file, then the weapon will just float. So you must of compiled these without physics files, or you coded something wrong, like the file was named incorrectly from what the path expects it to be called. Or maybe the physics file you used was just a placeholder and didn't actually carry any information.

M9K should aready have it's own physics folder, but it is M9K so it is going to be broken in some way

You should probably start adding physics folders to your sweps. It's not even that hard. Just take the phys folder of another SWEP that has the same or similar model and use that for the weapon. It works 70% of the time, saves you time, and makes the SWEP better. It's just really annoying to toss out a weapon and have it floating infront of me which forces me to pick it up again.
