To all asking how this works, PRAISE THE PRIMORDIAL ANNIHILATOR for sending their apostle to spread the word of the truth to the galaxy.. You have to install DoW Workshop tools in order to create your own mod, then its a simple item of hunting down the units and making their pop cap cost 0, or rather much simpler is to increase the pop cap to a ridiculous amount. I could do it.. however I need skulls for the Skullthrone!

this mod doesn't work and i see a mix review of it not working and is working i just need some tips or something to fix this issue and all im seeing is no answers on how to do so please for the love of the god damn emperor help me or imma go to chaos and commit war crimes

OMG this thread is so annoying. Honestly. In custom game setup theres a mod option. Enable it there boom. Done.
