"Seriously, get this skin and laugh, or joke or taunt, it's so loud that it rivals some ultimates, and it's so evil just running around in stealth spamming them against your enemies, they would rather die then hear that loud ass spam.

However ironicly it's Loki's most quietest skin due to the Stealth ability being slightly quieter then his default sound effect... so nearly in everyway this skin is better then default Loki, the only thing this skin doesn't beat is default Loki's VNN.
