TFA heavy weapons rebalanced

描述
Reupload TFA heavy weapons
but with some changes on the stat to balance the power of the weapons.
the code of the AM rifle was updated to make more damages against vehicles or tanks from VJ base (but this cause less velocity for AM bullets)

you can try to disable the 3d scope, the 2d model are from this mod and should work better

i think without the TFA base im not even able to shoot with the weapons...
