I've updated the map, it now shows 92% of the game, with all the key areas.

Great work. There is Necropolix location under Fortress of the Dead. 50 locations before completely coincide with your map. It seems, more, then 60% mapped here.

I've mapped only about 60% of the game, so the Super Demo is probably more like 15-20%

Awesome work. So the superdemo was about 25-30% of the full game?
