This is the identical version of the HUD as seen in "Resident Dead" mutation addon for L4D2.

This is just the hud, downloading this mod will not give chainsaw ammo. The picture is taken from my other mod in which you can refill your chainsaw at ammo pile, please see the link in description.

I could do that, but do you think it is really necessary? I personally don't have trouble telling how much health I got based of the health bar but there is also always a number next to the bar that always tells you how much health you got as well.

Perhaps I should make the background darker rather than completely black.
