Converted Asteroid Base

A small starbase made from an Iron Asteroid. Biodomes at the top and bottom of the asteroid with holiday homes on rotation to give the workers much earned leave. Stone core (pic 3) can be converted to a large cargo hold (just over 8000), smaller internal stone blocks for incremental addition of crew quarters/storage/some thrusters/integrity fields as needed. Ultra thin slivers of framework (pic 4) alternately coloured to prevent merging are intended to be used for additional solar panels and shield generators as needed. As it comes it needs 7 work from mechanics to run. Use it as a cheap storage unit or a template for your stations if you like it.
