- try to repair your registry and clean your cache with the program "ccleaner" for example
- if necessary reinstall the game
- be sure that the mcfw.exe have administration right
- release the file in the firewall

i went from level 61 to 1 and lost everything what has happened this has happened twice now

Nearly every win in PVP logs out before going to next room so cannot get 15 wins in a row as this happens after 2 or 3 wins,I am using windows 10 on laptop.

Still stuck on load screen 98% it's been over a month is update 49 out or pending

The manufacturer is already cheeky to make an update and to fob off users with their own mistakes. There are many users who invest a lot of money here. Should GL not be able to do 100% updates, they should leave it or employ experts. fucking glcdc_502_404_ that's bullshitt !!!

and i did check the game's cache, tried to reinstall, removed the game's chache save folder and all the other tings waited for the game to reload still problems ith the loading bar

Can't get the game to start it works fine when i start the game but then the loading bar starts going back and forth between 79-80 it's been doing this like all the time

hi,
check you antivirus and firewall too. after the most updates there is a new "mcfw.exe". and dont forget the administration right. sometimes there is a broken entry in the registry, ccleaner can find and fix it.

but the last time, the game is running very stable.
