You don't *have* to play them in the order shown here, but that's the official chronological order. As for whether the 4E missions happen *after* the campaign, I'm not sure I remember. I think they happen at the same time, so it's kinda up to you. Nevertheless, you'd generally be fine playing them in whatever order you want, as they don't have a very strict timeline. The missions are largely self-contained.

Very helpful. You can also go onto the leader-boards (in game) and see what order the campaign missions are in there.
