[PRISON] 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan

Nothing high performance is really needed for prisoner transport, which is why a bunch of slow vans or buses (International RE School Bus planned, not sure when it'll be actually made) are usually designated to the task. The van doesn't have to be ugly though, so that's why we have the Dodge Grand Caravan here. With only one unit in the OPP, it is a rare sight, but your Cims can have it everyday!

Use Service Vehicle Selector or Service Vehicle Manager (my preferred utility) to set police/prison vehicles types for your stations/prisons.

Use Invisible Spawn Points to fine tune your spawning and create more realistic depots!

Original model by xrw960h, optimized by NONE[3dwarehouse.sketchup.com]. Further optimized for Cities Skylines, including reduction of polygons to 2980, any further reduction severely impacts the light shape. Remapped, rextextured for civilian vehicle, changed to OPP livery

All stats are the same as the default prison van. Use Advanced Vehicle Options Mod to change it to fit your needs.
