Early Dawn Hard Rain Color Correction

A color correction for Hard Rain only. I wanted to make a version of Hard Rain that takes place very early in the day by making the campaign almost literally explode with bright vibrancy of pink, white, yellow, orange, and red to depict a hyper-realistic break of dawn. Since the first two maps are pushed ahead in time, so is the return journey. Now, when going back during the storm, it will be much brighter, with light blues during the rain storm, contrasting with the drab grey of the original.

This will only affect Hard Rain. It may unintentionally affect some custom campaigns that use Hard Rain's color correction. I can't help that. This was also tested with and designed for the default skybox. It may not look good with custom skyboxes.
