Hi friends!

One more new building of residential complex "Admiral" is complete! Original complex located in central part of Krasnodar near the river Kuban. These buildings oriented for rich citizens, there are many 2-floor flats and penthouses. Complex contain 5 buildings, 3 of them you can find in my workshop. Another buildings (two towers, built in 2017) are being created.

In game:
- 45 homes;
- $60k cost;
- RICO high res.
Don't build this building a lot: 30k tris will let you make omelet on your graphic card.



If you don't have RICO this building will be a monument in game without workplaces and other features.

I don't understand. You want me to go into that path and change coding there?

I'm not that "high-techy-techy," Furious. You're talking to a 68 year old gramma who is proud of the fact that she can work as well as she does with the game on the outside skin of it. You know - just with the tools on the game's screen and the Options and Content Manager and Asset Editor screens on the game.

If I start messing around in my computer's innards, I'll probably break the machine.

I change the RICO settings with the little icon at the bottom of the screen by the green brick. Can I do what you are asking me to do there? I know how to do Local Settings there.

That said, I need to tell you that your building is one of the ones that, when I change it's household count with RICO, and after the GREEN Cities free updates, your building will only give me up to 80 residences filled even though I have it set to 459 residences.

Could you update for GREEN and RICO please? Thanks muchly.

I LOVE your building - it is beautiful .... and.this game IS used in FIRST PERSON by many of us 90% of the time and your building is beautiful in FIRST PERSON.

This is one of those assets that has a ridiculous amount of triangles for it's size. You could probably remove 90% of them and still end up with a building that would look almost identical. You should really keep in mind that for the most part, this game isn't meant to be played in first person. Many of the better looking towers that I have are under the 1k triangle count. Much of the details that you have modeled is likely stuff that could be baked directly into the texture. Some of it is very likely poor optimisation work.
