First things first, get to the introduction tutorial.
Then, when the announcer asks you to do something, ignore it, and wait.
Presto! The announcer will get frustrated and start saying funny lines, such as:

"This is a first person shooter. You are that aforementioned first person. So shoot!"
"Are you scared of heights? Get up that ladder."
"You are a Pez Dispenser for Ammo Packs. Go Dispense!"
"Deploy your damn Health Station, dammit."

And a few other notable lines.
