Yes, some people say its affects Non-TF2 maps. (only solution is the unsubscribing and disabling it)

hey The mod works just fine on RED base, But on BLU base the textures UV are broken.

But its still a good addon I like it!:steamthumbsup:

Well, for me it worked pretty well. If this doesn't work, try restarting Garry's Mod, and if problem persists, try disabling or unsubscribing the addon, then enable or subscribe it again.
