The item is from the online store, not the mann co store...

Before we get started, to obtain the hat you will have to have a minimum $1.00 USD in your account, you will be needing to buy a TOD ticket (Tour of Duty), you can do it with weapons but the TOD ticket is alot cheaper!

If you have used the store before, you should already have the hat and can not obtain it again!.

You should be paying less for the ticket through the site than on the market, so you will not need to worry about losing proffit during the process (unless you're a dirty buy order person :P)

*EDIT* you can obtain the hat from buying weapons off of the wiki, but it turns out to be alot more expensive. This is the only way to obtain this hat currently (to my knowledge), as in 2014 the store was closed down.

Anyways, to the guide!

Step 1: Open up your browser (doesn't matter which one it is, any will work) and proceed to log into steam (from their offical website)

Step 2: Once you have signed in you will want to visit this page (make sure you are on tour of duty ticket, and not tour of duty)

Step 3: On the right you will see the tour of duty ticket in a preview image box, underneath you will see a "Buy now" section with a steam logo to the left of it. You will want to click it (duh)

Step 4: By now you should be brought to a page where you can buy your tour of duty ticket, if you have done the steps correctly, on your order it shall contain your tour of duty ticket. Aswell as your Mann Co. Online Store Cap, after your purchases have been finalized, simply boot up TF2 and the hat will be in your inventory
