This will be removed once the original mod is updated.

Overwrites: effect_bonus_value_ids_unit_sets_tables/singe_hef_alarielle_skills

Putting the patch first in load order works, I thought I had tried that already

Hm, I am not getting any crashes when I use only this and Singe's Lord Skills Compilation.

Do you have both mods downloaded and enabled? Have you tried changing the load order?
