Camp Animal products

Adds a research that allows the creation of animal product workbenches that can work at camps, without requiring power or making an outpost.

These camp versions cost half as much iron plates, but only have a third of the speed of the originals.

I made this mod because i thought it would be fun and flavorful for a nomadic run, but the requirement to build an outpost or buy a house irked me a bit. Now at the cost of speed, neither are required.

Lemme know if you think the balance is off, if i should add anything, or any other problems.
