Guns of Bretonnia - Dynamic RoR submod

This is a quick (2 hours of reading and double checking everything) and probably dirty submod to make Guns of Bretonnia units eligible for the Dynamic RoR script.

Upon further use, I've discovered that the dynamic names occasionally result in "Error Please Rename Me". I'm investigating, however the effects themselves do seem to work fine.

I recommend disabling the dynamic naming in the Modding Configuration menu until I've figured out all the naming stuff as I'm not very skilled with scripts like this and it might take me a few days to really wrap my head around.

Personally, I play with the dynamic names disabled, anyway, because I prefer to use the Regional Renames mod.
