Mousillon Damned Nations Overhaul submod

This is a submod for Mixu's Mousillon faction mod to balance it for The Duke's Damned Nations overhaul.

Requires:
Mixu's Unlocker
Mixu's Mousillon
Damned Nations

Note: Raise dead is intentionally limited to basic (tier 1) units. You can circumvent this by using battle sites (I don't recommend this as it makes the campaign much easier).
