Allows for some of the small hats/masks added in Wear your hats with everything. (https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1388161982) to be crafted, and tweaked some's crafting bench to better fit the material. Along with, hopefully, some missing headgear.

Had this installed for awhile, and after fiddling with other mods with the FCS, came across information on how this one had uncraftable items. So, should be working now.

Keep in mind, the stat penalties for being a belt item are still there, not sure I have the patience to go in and manually tweak each item to get them to match the full size ones instead. I personally view it as a balance measure. Wearing both a normal and small version of Masked Helmet gives you 100% coverage twice! There's gotta be a malus to balance that duplicitous behavior.

Made this after seeing no response from the mod author to the lack of craftability reports.
