Mod manager is yelling at me that this has some heavily outdated packs. I think it still works, but maybe it could use a once-over?

Hello, friend. This submod currently has a bug where the CH will slowly reverse, unable to be controlled. I'd love if you would be able to fix it!

Yeah it is added to the Luminark's cap :)

But Unit Caps aren't currently functional in the beta.

high elves is not currently in a playable state for SFO's current beta

Just checked, at current time it appears there are no lothern skycutters or merwyrms, but also a bunch of factions aren't in a playable state (which I didn't even realize when I made the comment) so they might just add them in the future.
