Clarification: Not every major settlement. played around a bit and seems to be some of them and not just on Imrik. Tor Caled, Tor Elyr, Galbaraz, Fortress of Vorag.

I hit T4 in any major settlement with Imrik and it shows 22 slots, but only 8 are filled. dunno whats causing it

Occasionally it ctds when entering building browser. Doesn't happen always, but it is quite too often. I tested this only this mod enabled

Note: This is an issue with the Vortex campaign specifically.

This mod seems to be causing an issue where all the default legendary lords don't have any additional starting units. Might want to have a look at that.
